Nevertheless one needs to assess certain factors such as the reliability of company, the service and coverage offered as well as its financial standing and track record. Equally important it that your insurance consultant is always next to you, informing and helping you in any of your insurance inquires always committed in serving you the best possible way.

We believe that one of the most important aspects of the services we offer is the After Sales Service. We believe that our customers should always feel our discreet presence so that we are always aware and informed of their needs and inquiries thus being able to serve with the best possible way. In addition we believe that the moment of need our customers are not supposed to worry about anything apart from the fast re-establishment of their problem. We further believe that our relations with customers should be consistent and long lasting.

The Code

We believe in the value and importance of the insurance business and its future, and that we play a critical role in serving consumers throughout the insurance process.

Insurance intermediation is a fundamental component in the economic structure of our system, and we pledge to support right principles and oppose bad practices in the insurance business.

We respect the importance of the relationship between institutions and the public, insurance companies, and other intermediaries, and believe that the rights of the client are paramount.

To the Public

We believe that serving the public as an intermediary is an honorable occupation, affording us a special opportunity to serve society and offer valuable insurance products and services to the public.

We believe that as intermediaries, we are serving the interests of our clients by responding to their expressed insurance needs.

We will strive to further the public's understanding of insurance, endeavor to promote safety and loss control in our community, and strive to participate in civic and philanthropic activities that contribute to our community.

To the Insurance Companies I Represent

We will respect the authority vested in me by the insurance companies we represent, and work to maintain open lines of communication with them.

To Other Intermediaries

We will strive to maintain positive relations with other insurance intermediaries in our community, competing with them on a moral and fair basis.

We will follow all insurance laws relative to the conduct of our business.

We will work with other intermediaries for the betterment of the insurance business, and endeavor to elevate the standards of our occupation by following this Code of Ethics and encouraging other intermediaries to do likewise.

Our Code of Conduct provides that we:

    Act in the best interests of the client;
  • Provide advice and guidance to enable clients to make informed decisions on risk and insurance protection;
  • Provide full and accurate information for effective underwriting;
  • Respect the client's confidentiality in relation to all records and information;
  • Ensure the validity and accuracy of all documentation;
  • Make available all relevant documentation, policies, certificates, endorsements, and premium calculations, as may be required;
  • Be professional, efficient and responsive in all dealings;
  • In the event of a claim, take every step necessary to ensure prompt and fair settlement;
  • Act in the spirit of this Code and encourage others to do likewise.
